Your registered massage therapist (RMT) will bring everything needed for your appointment, including a massage table, sheets, lotions, and sanitization wipes. To ensure a smooth session, please provide a space of at least 10x15 feet for the table and therapist to move comfortably. For added comfort, have 2-3 pillows on hand to support your body during the massage.

Massage therapy doesn't have to be painful to be effective. If you experience any discomfort, please let me know. I prioritize your comfort and can adjust the technique or pressure to suit your needs. Together, we’ll work within your pain tolerance to ensure a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

To prepare for your session, simply ensure you have an open space of at least 72 inches by 30 inches for the massage table, and 2–3 twin-sized pillows for added comfort. I’ll bring all necessary linens and lotions, but feel free to use your own if you prefer. For an extra touch, light your favorite candle or use essential oils to create a peaceful, relaxing environment. For best results, I recommend taking a warm bath or shower before your session to relax your muscles and enhance the therapeutic effects of the massage. Tipping is always appreciated but never required. My primary focus is to provide you with the best massage therapy experience, ensuring you feel fully relaxed and comfortable without any additional expectations. Yes, your pets are welcome to join us during the session! Please make sure there’s enough space for your pet to comfortably be around, and feel free to keep them nearby while you relax. If your pet requires any special attention, just let me know so we can accommodate their needs.

It’s recommended to book at least 2-3 days in advance to secure your preferred time. However, if you have an urgent need or special request, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

When you book an appointment, please be considerate and note that a set amount of time has been allocated for you – not just the treatment time but the travel time. Missed appointments prevent from accommodating other clients. At The Travelling RMT, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of your treatment cost. Missed appointments or "no shows" will also be charged. Payment for missed appointments must be made before booking future sessions. Please note that therapists are only compensated for services rendered, and your understanding helps us accommodate other clients.

For your comfort, wear loose-fitting clothing, such as shorts and a t-shirt or a bathrobe. Only the area being treated will be exposed during the session, ensuring your privacy and comfort throughout.

Yes, as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), my treatments are covered by most extended healthcare insurance plans. Direct billing is available for major insurance providers, making the process easy and hassle-free.

Yes, I offer group and couples massage sessions. It’s a wonderful way to relax together in the comfort of your own home. Just let me know when booking, and I’ll make the necessary arrangements.

For the best results, I recommend booking a 90-minute treatment to address your concerns thoroughly. Unlike traditional clinics or spas, your session time starts when your massage begins, ensuring you get the full treatment time you’ve paid for.
