Massage table set up and ready, ensuring a well-prepared environment for your session

Preparation Policy

Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. When you book your first initial treatment you will be sent a confirmation email 48 hours prior the appointment.

Appointments must be booked minimum 48 hours in advance. Last minute/same day appointments are NOT accepted.

Please clear a space for the treatment table and therapist to walk around comfortably. Ensure the space is clear of obstacles. You may want to sweep or vacuum the floor – this maximizes therapist and client safety!

Privacy Policy

Prior to your first treatment, you will be required to complete a health history form. Your personal health information in your file will be kept strictly confidential and such information will never be shared unless allowed or required by law. Your written permission will be required to release any information. We will not disclose your information to any third party to enable them to market their products and services to you, or for any other reason.

Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, please be considerate and note that a set amount of time has been allocated for you – not just the treatment time but the travel time. Missed appointments prevent from accommodating other clients. Please understand that therapists only get paid when they deliver a service.

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your treatment fee. Payment will be required for late cancellation or “no shows,” some exceptions may apply. Missed appointment fees must be paid before booking future appointments.

Refusal of Service

For safety purposes, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the following: intoxication, sexual or romantic advances, illness or infectious conditions, contagious or unidentified skin conditions. If you develop a skin condition, please clear it with your doctor before receiving massage. If you exhibit any of the aforementioned conditions or behaviours, you’ll be denied treatment and charged for the appointment.
